Leeds Golf Club

Elmete Lane, Leeds LS8 2LJ

Leeds Golf Club, commonly known as Cobble Hall, ranks as one of the most popular venues in the north of England for golfers of every level of ability. It is a very pleasant parkland course on the north side of Leeds with extensive views over the city and surrounding area, including Roundhay Park. The course was the original home of the game's oldest Professional tournament - the Leeds Cup, holders of which range from six time Open winner Harry Vardon to Ryder Cup stalwart Howard Clark.

The par of 69 is rarely bettered in scratch competitions and it is hard to believe you are golfing so close to a major city centre, given the distinctly rural feel of the place. The clubhouse fully complements the golf course and is a great venue to enjoy a drink after a game.
