Laytown & Bettystown Golf Club is situated on the east coast 30 minutes north of Dublin and at the mouth of the river Boyne. There are tremendous views of our beautiful beach, the Mourne and Cooley mountains and the Irish Sea stretching out to the horizon in the east.
Bettystown is a traditional links with a tough par of 71. We are well known for our consistently good and fast greens and the links is playable 365 days of the year.
Over the years we have produced golfers of real quality that include Ryder Cup players Des Smyth and Philip Walton, Irish internationals Declan Branigan, Val Smyth and the Wickham sisters Phil and Carol.
A round of golf is great for working up a good appetite and our friendly staff in the restaurant and bar will serve you fine food and beverages at really good value.
Laytown & Bettystown has a very proud history with both ladies and men having won All Ireland titles. The club is over 100 years old having celebrated its centenary in 2009.
We are open to new members and our club welcomes very many visitors each year because of our very attractive green fee rates.
