The Club was founded in 1902 and is situated on a plateau overlooking Nelson and Burnley.
The late Dr. Mackenzie, who laid out the course managed a design which does not include any wearisome climbing and created many interesting holes.

The first nine holes are on the outside of the course and run clockwise whilst the second nine runs in the opposite direction. The 1st and 10th tees are very conveniently situated by the clubhouse and a large practice ground is available. Visitors will find a warm welcome and the friendliness extends to the recently refurbished clubhouse which caters to all needs and has wonderfully panoramic views of the surrounding Pendle area.

Restrictions: Play at all times except before 9.30am and between 12 - 1pm daily. Day rate applies and offer is based on 1-8 golfers. Please telephone in advance to book. Weekend prices apply on Bank Holidays.
