Founded in 1970, the course offers a great variety of golf holes - all of which are a test. The spectacular views of the city from the 1st and 3rd tees are unrivalled in Dublin, with a view all the way to the Mourne Mountains, many miles to the north, on a clear day.

Another notable feature at Slade Valley is the formidable 'index 1' eleventh hole, which boasts the highest green above sea level in Ireland.

The friendly Clubhouse, where visitors are always made very welcome, has bar and food facilities available all year round.
