The Chalon-sur-Saône Saint-Nicolas course is an eighteen holes course, par 71, with a length of 5,859 meters of white balls, approved by the French Golf Federation.
It was created in 1976 and developed by golf architect Michel RIO. It is a plain golf course with sometimes narrow fairways and almost 60 bunkers. There is no water obstacle.
La Roseraie
Located in the south of Burgundy, on the edge of the Saône and 3 kilometers from the center of the city, the Chalon sur Saône golf course is therefore at the heart of a sports and leisure park and a magnificent rose garden where bloom 26,000 roses of 600 different varieties or other species of flowers, peonies, irises, and an arboretum of 4000 trees of 200 species in the midst of which players evolve.
The roses bloom from May to November, but the other varieties of flowers embellish the course mainly in May and June. Some beds of flowers are there all year round.
