We are the Imola Golf Club Zolino, five hectares of well-maintained land, with a 9-hole course winding among cherry and jujube trees, apricot and plum trees, adjacent to the Zolino district sports centre. The facility is located in a disused municipal area that a group of enthusiasts has transformed into a flagship of the city at the disposal of the community. In recent years, the board of directors has invested heavily, focusing on the eco-sustainability of synthetic materials, which do not require maintenance, irrigation or treatment. This innovative choice (the first golf course in Italy to have synthetic greens) has convinced many, so much so that today the Club boasts more than 200 members, many of whom come from outside the city. The possibility of attending the facility 365 days a year and the services that the structure offers (bar, restaurant) are the icing on the cake of this beautiful facility that caters to a very wide audience of users. The experienced golfer can find a top-level driving range in which to practise and a difficult and very technical 9-hole course. The neophyte can count on PGAI and UISP instructors who, with dedicated courses, teach the rudiments of what is considered the most beautiful sport in the world. Driving range (230 m) with 10 positions, three of which are covered, pitching green, putting greens and 9 executive holes. The facility is equipped with changing rooms, toilets and showers.
