Having just celebrated its 80th anniversary, Newport Links enjoys a stunning location on one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. With its undulating fairways and postage stamp greens, the course offers golf as it should be. Originally designed by James Braid as a 9 hole links, Spring 2008 saw the exciting opening of an additional 9 holes extending the current course to 18. The club believes this development will put the golf course firmly up there with the best of them. With the new 8th hole described by the architect as having the potential to become "one of the best holes in Britain" everyone at the club is oozing with anticipation. WTB 4* serviced accomodation is also available adjoining the clubhouse (in the form of 3 luxury suites and 12 superior twin rooms - a sleeping capacity of up to 36 people) making this an ideal location for a golfing society to take a short break.
