After the recent lockdown, it's good to get out and enjoy the fresh air with some exercise now the courses have reopened. Remember the more golf you play the more you save with Open Fairways...
Lingdale Golf Club nestles in beautiful, undulating countryside with 18 holes set in the heart of the Charnwood Forest. The club was formed in 1967 when the original 9 holes, designed by course architect David Tucker, were opened for play. When Tony Jacklin visited in 1989 he described the first 3 holes as "probably the toughest opening holes in the Midlands". Indeed the course offers a fair challenge for golfers of all levels.
The greens have been built to USGA specification providing a good quality, well drained surface all year round. Our newly rebuilt Clubhouse and Pro Shop opened in 2006, enhancing our reputation as a premier venue in the area. A fully stocked bar awaits after your round with excellent catering, offering a wide range of bar snacks and meals to, to suit. Why not give it a try and see for yourself?
