This 18 hole championship golf course was co-designed by Ryder Cup player, Des Smyth and Irish Amateur International, Declan Branigan. Ballyneety Golf Club is a parkland golf course with sand-based greens and tees all built to USPGA standards. It is located 6 miles south of Limerick City, off the M7, with easy access to Shannon Airport.

Ballyneety Golf Club seeks to provide the highest standards of golfing excellence, offering an enjoyable and exhilarating golfing experience. After the golf, relax in the Vines Grill and Wine Bar/Restaurant which is located in the unusual glass enclosed club house. This restaurant, from its elevated position, commands excellent views over the 18th green.

The McSweeney Golf Academy provides a full range of services at it's state of the art facility, which is situated next to the club house and is a golf centre of excellence, under the stewardship of Donal McSweeney, PGA Head Professional.
