Wondering where to play golf in Wales then play at the lovely Clwb Golff Pwllheli in Gwynedd

A warm welcome awaits you at one of North Wales’s finest golf courses. Clwb Golff Pwllheli, with its unique part links, part parkland course, is located on the south facing coastline of Cardigan Bay.
The oldest of the golf clubs on the Llyn Peninsula, Pwllheli has often been described as unique because of its nine holes of gentle parkland and nine holes of true links.
Founded in 1900, the original nine holes along the sand dunes were designed by Tom Morris of Hoylake, and the course was extended to 18 holes in 1909 by the equally eminent James Braid.
Not having a par five is an unusual characteristic, but be aware that Pwllheli can be tough enough. Golf and travel writer, Barry Ward, describes the par-four 15th as "the highlight in a gem of a course" and includes it, and the par-three 10th in his selection of the best 18 holes in Wales.
There are beautiful views of Cardigan Bay and the distant Snowdonia mountains, with a fine clubhouse overlooking the shore.
